The Great Room has an 18ft ceiling, floor to ceiling stone (gas) fireplace, large flat screen HDTV, 2 large sofas and several comfortable chairs. The gourmet kitchen is completely equipped and includes a 5 burner electric cooktop, built in grill, 2 deluxe refrigerators (40 cu ft total), free standing ice maker, quiet dishwasher, double ovens, and microwave. The custom cabinets include a built in desk and pantry. There is a custom made glass dining table, a huge island and bar area with stools. All countertops are made of granite.

The Game room is perfect for relaxation and family fun with its full size pool table, wet bar, beverage center, large flat screen HDTV, comfortable sofa and chairs, a large window seat, stereo/CD, and a library of books for your reading pleasure. There is a powder room and a laundry room, with a full size washer and dryer, laundry sink and linen cabinets just off the game room.

Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own private bathroom. The first Master bedroom is on the second floor with a King bed, sleeper sofa, gas fireplace and door to the deck with a wonderful view of the ocean. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi and a glass steamer shower also with ocean view. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, with Queen beds, each with private bath with shower. The second Master bedroom, on the first floor, has a King bed, sleeper sofa, bathroom with shower and doors leading out to deck and the hot tub with ocean view. The fifth bedroom, on the first floor, has 2 double beds, bathroom with tub/shower and door leading out to the deck with ocean view. There are TV's in all bedrooms.

A huge deck runs the entire width of the home with stunning views of the ocean. There is a large hot tub and an outdoor dining table on the deck.

The Pool is 32x15 ft and is heatable upon request for additional charge. There is also an outdoor shower.

All floors in the common areas, bathrooms and showers are Travertine stone. The floors in all bedrooms and upstairs hall are Brazilian cherry. The staircase to the second floor is Brazilian cherry with a custom iron railing.
